MEDIO Planeamento e Gestão de Projectos Lda. develops its activity since 1991, with a multidisciplinary team coordinated by Albino Maia. Our customers remain loyal to our services over these two decades, and most have already developed more than one project with us.
MEDIO offers a wide range of specialized services in the field of architecture and engineering, planning and technical consulting and construction management.
With more than two decades of experience, MEDIO has developed more than 200 projects of residential buildings, dozens of public and private buildings, as well as mixed-use buildings. Meeting the demands and needs of the market, MEDIO has also created dozens of site development projects and collaborated on masterplans and road network projects.
In addition, and again to fulfil the demands of its customers, MEDIO offers technical consulting, administration and management of the construction work, as well as Health and Safety coordination. Throughout these years, MEDIO has monitored hundreds of construction works of the projects developed.
