Operating since 1991, MEDIO has a vast and widely diversified portfolio, spread across the country. Under Albino Maia coordination (managing partner), the technical team has developed projects for residential buildings (single and multi-family), mixed-use buildings for commerce, services, industry, warehousing, and installation of public services, medical, education and security, among others. MEDIO has also supervisird the construction of the majority of those projects, as well as the site development projects, road infrastructures and masterplans.
