MEDIO – Planeamento e Gestão de Projectos Lda., situated in Rua Conselheiro Costa Aroso nº. 341, Vila de Moreira, Maia, was founded in 1991 by its managing partner Albino Maia.
Over the past two decades, MEDIO‘s technical team, under Albino Maia coordination (managing partner), designed hundreds of projects: multi-family housing, private condominiums, single family homes, industrial plants and storage business units, service bureaus, hotels, restaurants, farm units, nurseries, creche/nursery, community centres, security forces buildings, medical centre, public services buildings, an auditorium for 350 people, outdoor amphitheatre for 5000 people, various sports and leisure facilities, site developments, roads, among others.
These works were designed mostly in Porto Metropolitan Area, but there are projects scattered all over the country (Coimbra, Vila Nova de Cerveira, Pombal, among others)
The services provided by MEDIO always have a high level of excellence and quality, respecting the customer’s specifications, and all legal requirements, either generic and thematic laws, either local plans and regulations.
MEDIO technical team works towards a key commitment to ensure continued customer satisfaction at all levels. It seeks to understand clients specifications and effectively communicates with them the limitations and problems of the process. MEDIO has several internal procedures to validate and verify clients specifications and legal requirements, at different stages of the process, ensuring full compliance and monitoring. These procedures subsequently inform the internal processes, which ensures continuous improvement in the quality of all services.
Therefore MEDIO is committed to continuously train their staff, either through thematic workshops, attendance of specialized courses, seminars, and other events, seeking to ensure that each team member is valued professionally.
